Dr. Michael Pendleton

Owner/Director

Dr. Pendleton uses a "whole person" approach in order to identify the root of any health problems. Coby

Patient Advocate

Corbin, our patient advocate, is Dr. Pendleton’s right hand man (and sometimes left). He’s been working here since 2017 when he was still playing basketball at Eldorado High School. He had an interest in sports medicine and found intrigue in Dr. Pendleton’s practice.

After 5 years at Southwest Brain Performance Centers, he guides and educates every patient through treatment by listening to your concerns and being with you every step of the way. His goal is to ensure your safety and prevent errors that could affect your treatment. In his free time, he enjoys going to the lake and snowboarding. We’re sure you’ll get along with Coby, he’s a pretty cool guy!

Gabe

Hyperbaric Technician/Front Desk

Gabriel has been one of our Hyperbaric Technicians here at Southwest Brain Performance Centers since 2018. He provides Hyperbaric Therapy to patients who are suffering from a variety of conditions by administering these treatments in a safe and effective manner. His goal is to ensure that you will be getting the most benefit out of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy!

He was born and raised in Taos, New Mexico, where he went to Taos High School and met his best friend, Jeremy. They moved out of Taos for school and both went on to work at Pro Oxygen in Albuquerque, an oxygen bar and hub for Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment. When Pro Oxygen moved out of Albuquerque, Dr. Pendleton purchased a Hyperbaric Chamber and brought the effective treatment to Southwest Brain Performance Centers to help patients with brain injuries and other conditions heal at a much more accelerated rate. Gabriel has been a registered technician for five years.

Off the clock, Gabriel is a music producer and DJ and also loves to read manga!

Jeremy

Hyperbaric Technician/Front Desk

Like Gabe, Jeremy has been a Hyperbaric Technician for six years. He administers Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to our patients suffering from many different conditions such as Traumatic Brain Injuries, Diabetic wound healing, Lyme Disease, and Mold Toxicity. He has always been intrigued with the human body and medicine and found Hyperbaric Oxygen to be a fascinating treatment for a plethora of conditions.

Jeremy was born and raised in Taos, New Mexico, before moving to Albuquerque to go to the University of New Mexico. He was on the lookout for a job that pertained to health and the human body, where he found Pro Oxygen in Albuquerque, an oxygen bar and hub for Hyperbaric. He became a registered Hyperbaric technician in 2017 and worked at Pro Oxygen for two years before the practice moved to Taos, New Mexico. Once Dr. Pendleton got this news, he purchased a Hyperbaric Chamber and hired both Gabriel and Jeremy to work here at Southwest Brain Performance Centers in 2019.

In his free time, Jeremy produces music and loves to draw.

Maia

Front Desk/Social Media Manager

Maia, our office and social media manager since February 2022, is the first friendly face to greet our clients when they arrive at Southwest Brain Performance Centers. She oversees the management of our social media accounts, producing interesting content, and interacting with our followers. Maia also provides exceptional patient care by returning calls, introducing herself to patients, and offering them a cup of coffee to make them feel at home. Our practice has benefited from her passion and upbeat positive attitude, and we are happy to have her on our team.

She loves dogs (ask her about it) and in her free time takes her dog on hikes!
